I learned the mindset shifts and practical skills to lead from within, so that my decisions were more aligned and my company more successful—from the inside out. Now, I help other women entrepreneurs do the same.
It’s as if my success wasn’t rooted deeper within me. Even though I exuded confidence, the truth was that I was an insecure leader. And while I had agency over my own time, because my mind was so preoccupied with work, any time I spent with family, friends or on myself, wasn’t very restorative… until I learned how to do it differently. I changed the way I related to success and leadership, so instead of it coming from things outside of me, like how I was perceived or the external wins, it came from within. I discovered that when you orient your success inward, not only does it lead to more success on the outside, but it feels so different. More alive, more sparkly, and certainly more enjoyable. Now, I help other highly ambitious women entrepreneurs find the same success, prosperity and connectedness in themselves by teaching them how to use their businesses as catalysts for their own personal growth.
