What is One Whole Human?

One Whole Human is an invitation-only support system and mastermind for women entrepreneurs. It is everything I wished existed for me on my journey.

Who are the Members?

Members come from different places in the world and from different industries. Some are just beginning their entrepreneurial journey, others are years in. Some have teams and investors, others are solopreneurs. But what every member has in common is that they are committed to growing their businesses, and their bank accounts, without sacrificing the things that truly matter most to them in their lives.

These women know they can use their businesses to create the lives they truly want to lead, and they know that having a coach and a curated, private community of others will supercharge their success and make the experience of being an entrepreneur more sustainable, more enjoyable, and more prosperous.

What’s included?

OWH has several components.

A private mobile app gives you access to a living library of on-demand lessons, prompts, exercises and talks.

Regular group coaching happens through Office Hours.

Live virtual workshops and circles are offered on an ongoing basis.

Business brainstorming sessions are an opportunity for the group to pour their ideas and feedback into your business.

I bring in my coaches and teachers to lead Roundtable discussions.

In-person adventure day retreats happen twice a year and are *magical*.

Everything offered inside the program is available but not mandatory. The point is for each member to have plenty of access to support when they need it, in several different formats. Plus, all of the content lives in the private OWH mobile app which you can access anytime.

How many spots are available and when do they open up?

OWH is intimate by design because that is what I believe serves the group and benefits members the most. A tight group creates a true community.

The number of new spots I open depends on a variety of factors, like what will serve the existing members and what is happening in my own life. There are times when I close enrollment and do not accept new members, and other times when I open several spots at once. I care more about welcoming in the right people, rather than “filling” the group.

How do I join?

You can be invited by an existing member, or you can initiate a conversation with me. We will get to know one another and, at the end of our conversation, we will see if OWH is a good fit for you, and if you are a good fit for it. Either way, you will benefit from time spent with a coach reflecting on your business and goals, and I will benefit from making a creative contribution to another women entrepreneur. I have no agenda of enrolling anyone who I don’t believe will receive tremendous value from becoming a member, and who will add value for other members.

What’s the next step if I’m interested in learning more?

If you are interested in learning more, the first step is to email me to get the conversation started.

How other women entrepreneurs are using OWH:

  • To launch a new business.

  • To create a new offering inside their existing business.

  • To have access to coaching as difficult people and situations arise throughout the year (as they inevitably do).

  • To have their highest income month/year yet.

  • To transition out of corporate or a full-time role.

  • To break free of hustle culture and create more literal and mental spaciousness in their lives.

  • To up-level their professional mastery skills so they can communicate clear, compassionate boundaries with clients, prospects, investors, staff and outside experts— without over-compensating or sacrificing their own needs.

  • To shift how they relate to their business— less pressure-packed and more intentional.

  • To re-shape their businesses at or before transitional life events like having a baby, dealing with a diagnosis, a separation, or embarking on the next chapter of their lives.

  • To change once and for all an imbalanced life where work and a preoccupation with work take over other facets of life.

  • To be in community with other women entrepreneurs who are WITH and FOR each other.

  • To be alongside others who are not trying to maintain the mask of success (“I’ve got it all figured out”), but instead are willing to be real about their challenges and where they’re at.

  • To mine the group for feedback and ideas on their biggest challenges so they can find fresh, inspired ways of moving forward.

  • To fall in love with their businesses and how being an entrepreneur can uplift their entire lives.
